Sterilization Protocol
The Albany Dental Team acknowledges that our office follows the Alberta Dental Association Sterilization Guidelines to the strictest degree. Our office uses daily biological indicators and culturing testing to monitor sterilization efficacy. Biological indicators are the most accepted means of monitoring the sterilization process according to the compliance guidelines set forth by the Alberta Dental Association
In addition to conducting our daily routine biological monitoring, all our staff wears masks, gloves, as well as protective eyewear which is worn both by the staff and our patients. We use the latest technology and equipment to always ensure the highest level and standards are used to maintain a sterile environment.
